Update AEM Mocks to 5.6.2

Due to wcm-io/io.wcm.testing.aem-mock#44 the externalizer also performs a resourceResolver.map() for any external URL it creates.
As there our test cases have a Mapping configured (see

aem-core-wcm-components/bundles/core/src/test/java/com/adobe/cq/wcm/core/components/context/CoreComponentTestContext.java

Line 66 in d2a7b02

) we have to adjust our tests.
