What does this PR do?
The deploy key being installed on the buildrunner repository is deemed a security risk (even though the repo is public and only read only access was granted to the key). This moves to using a temporary ssh key generated during testing only and used only on a temporary SSH daemon.
Previous Behavior
Used bad deploy key that is now invalidated
New Behavior
SSH keys are automatically handled
