og:image must not contain `about:error`

**Description**
I case the URL of the `image` metadata is invalid or the CMS returns a 404 error we currently get `<meta property="og:image" content="about:error">`. 

**Expected behavior**
If the meta image cannot be retrieved we should fall back to the default image, similar to the document based behavior.
