[Draft] Feature Requests

I'm working on a PR that includes some improvements to Hyde and the theme and a major documentation update to stlab/libraries. Here are some things I'm not able to get to on this pass:

• Support for theme items listed here.
• Annotation of inline namespaces so they can be filtered.
