When using a button that links to another page (useButton with elementType: 'a' and an href), screen readers announce the element as a button. Given that the button is navigating the user to another page, shouldn't it announce as a link? There is already some conditional logic for link button props, perhaps the role could be conditionally set to link when elementType === 'a'.
