Table selection changes aren't announced by TalkBack if the checkbox is being toggled

Discovered in May/June 3.11.0 release testing session. When a row is selected/deselected in Chrome Android with Talkback enabled via double tapping on the checkbox, the announcement regarding the selection change is instantly interrupted by the checkbox's "check"/"unchecked" announcement

I don't know of particular issues, but these sorts of race conditions are not uncommon for screen readers. One solution may be to use aria-live= "polite" rather than "assertive", so that the selection announcement might come after the checkbox state change.
