[i18n] Arabic font size should be 150%

Description

Increase the font size when using an Arabic font by 50%. This would initially just be in Typography and with scales (large and medium), but there might be individual components where the font size is set that we need to increase it.

Why do you need this feature or component?

During a Globalization training it mentioned that Arabic font size should be 50% larger than other fonts.

Should #1062 also be factored into this fix?
