Support Temurin EA/Weekly/Release tests run decoupled from ci-jenkins-pipeline

Aqa-tests already supports the tests running using configuration file. To support this we need to add Temurin specific configuration.

See https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-tests/tree/master/buildenv/jenkins/config/openj9 as first example of config files. Launching an AQA_Test_Pipeline on a separate server can be easily achieved (as we already remotely trigger pipelines on TC server). We would likely have both temurin and temurin-compliance config files.
