Keycloak 26.2.x and fine grained permissions #1301

Problem Statement
The latest version of keycloak added some new functionalities, one of them being a new version of fine grained permissions. This requires some new fields at realm import, like "adminPermissionsEnabled" and the current version of keycloak config cli does not recognize these fields. Are there any plans for supporting the new version of keycloak? Is it already work in progress?
Proposed Solution
Update keycloak config cli to support keycloak 26.2.x and it's new fields.
