Installer hangs during installation

Managed to get to the installation window, hangs 3 minutes in. Know anything that might be affecting that? Do you have an updated EFI for Monterey?

Here are my BIOS SETTINGS:

My BIOS config looks similar (some settings are in different places, what model exactly do you have? 850 G7?) only difference is I have USB Storage Boot enabled (might be why it hangs maybe when it tries to do restart during installation?) Also try opening Installer Log window after starting the installation progress (Window > Installer Log)

Awesome thanks! Let me try that, I believe its an 850 G5 - wonder if that would affect anything?

G5 is a 2 generations older model, you should really try another EFI for it (just googling "hackintosh 850 G5" gives at least a few different github/reddit EFIs) or build your own one (other EFIs for the same model are still useful for the reference): https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/

Hey!
I've same issue but with HP Elitebook 850 G7.
It hangs. The installation never goes further that "16 minutes remaining".
USB Storage Boot is enabled in UEFI BIOS.
