Help with Firmware Update #8

Hello! I really hope you guys can help me. I have HP Elitebook 850 G7 (i7, Intel UHD) and I need MacOS running on it, since I'm using FinalCut Pro. I Installed Monterey and it rebooted and I got the message saying "A required firmware update couldn't be installed." I read that it might be OC version problem, but I have no idea how to upgrade it. Could you, please, help me with that?
