V1 bugs:

• crystal oscillator holes are too large
• C3 should be 330nF

Must-have:

• mounting holes
• input voltage protection
• supply voltage LED indicator
• reverse supply voltage protection
• cheaper voltage reference
• DUT discharge resistor or push-pull output (v1 can "source" current but cannot lower the DUT voltage by itself)

Nice-to-have:

• RESET button
• microcontroller - provide fast sampling and buffer data to on-board/on-chip RAM - allow RC characteristics to be plotted
• transistor-tracer (add another channel)
• split-supply functionality (provide op-amp circuit "input vs output" plot over a voltage range)
