samples: smp_svr: Remove nrf54l15dk.ext_flash.pure_dts configuration

This commit removes
sample.mcumgr.smp_svr.bt.nrf54l15dk.ext_flash.pure_dts
configuration from the smp_svr sample. This configuration is a leftover
from the times, when partition manager was not used for nRF54L
