Update documentation about `w4 watch` and debug builds

w4 watch generates debug builds, which can be confusing when users publish/share their cart (eg: #813)

Some possibilities:

• Have w4 watch print something on startup about using larger debug builds.
• Update the website docs to hint at doing a release build before distribution.
