node-sass dependency unneeded?

devDependencies list "node-sass": "8.0.0", node-sass is deprecated (in favour of sass which is already listed as a dependency) and can have node-gyp difficulties when installing. 

I had issues installing my own fork that seemed to come right after I removed that dependency, though I can't 100% guarantee that was the cause.
