Replace all examples with View properties to use View names instead of literal numbers #253

It's a shame, but I found that many users still have no idea that you can use view names in script.
Apparently this is not documented anywhere in the manual, or, if it is, then this information is hard to notice.
All, or nearly all, script examples with views in the manual use literal numbers.
These all should be replaced with sample view names.
In addition, the View names should be explained somewhere. I am not sure where to place this at the moment. Perhaps in the "View Editor"?
