ABS Discord Bot - Bookshelf Traveller

I honestly had no idea there was a show and tell... So this is a little late since I made this about a year ago, but I might as well include it. Skip to the bottom if you don't want it hear about my woes and tribulations.

This project started as an idea for a streaming book club platform with some management capabilities. Where do a bunch of nerdy book lovers gather? Well in discord of course! So I started on my journey to write a 'simple' discord bot python application which would be setup through docker and would connect to your abs instance. The goal? To have a simple streaming bot which syncs your sessions seamlessly to your abs server. Turns out... This wasn't simple and took about 3 months of constant development to actually flesh out. Yay! Was it worth it? Hell yeah! I honestly love the ABS platform and it fuelled my passion for python and programming in general through this project.
