Is it possible to change the port number? maybe via an environmental variable?

If you are using docker, just change the external port. If you are running from source or using a package you can use the PORT environment variable.

It is already documented how to change the port using the environment variable.

My apologies. I misunderstood. I have it sorted out now as an ENV VAR.
