Narrative generator is not updating date authored date

Describe the bug
When a form is saved, the QuestionnaireResponse.authored value is updated, however, the "Date authored" value in the narrative heading is not updated in line.

This resource shows the mismatch in values in these 2 places.

Expected behavior
The narrative should represent the resource content.
