Rebuild content generator as an NPM package #8
Description
The current content generator works but it has had a few hacks bolted onto it in such a way that frankenstein would disapprove. Ultimately this upgrade would need to cover the following:
- Migrate into a standalone NPM package
- Investigate a different data structure other than YAML
- Rebuild using TypeScript for easier debugging and testing
- Create unit tests
