[ENH] standardised naming and structures for shapelet classifiers

it would be good to standardise the naming across the shapelet classifiers. For example, SAST/RSAST use classifier, RDST/STC, estimator. Also good to standardise the definition of a shapelet (and the naming)

define a shared shapelet classifier, call data structures shapelets and choose one of estimator/classifier for pipelines

Hi, I see in the latest code base all the aforementioned shapelet based use classifiers.

class RDSTClassifier(BaseClassifier):

class ShapeletTransformClassifier(BaseClassifier):

class SASTClassifier(BaseClassifier):

class RSASTClassifier(BaseClassifier):

Let me know if I have misinterpreted the issue as the module seems uniform
