UI Misalignment and Missing “Hours” Text After Rotation in “Notify Every” Settings

Issue Description:
On the Settings page, tap “Notify Every”, enter text, and then rotate the device. In landscape mode, the Refresh button is misaligned, the Hours text disappears, and it is covered by the misaligned OK button.
