Remove windows healthcheck

Description

Windows is not used anymore, and this healthcheck:

Line 55 in e804a4a

new PushNetwork("Windows Push Network", WNS_SEND_ENDPOINT, 443)

causes aerogear to crash when db3.notify.windows.com is not working

Not enable the windows check
