keycloak_request_duration_bucket reports same value for each le #219

Noticed that for each le in keycloak_request_duration_bucket the values are the same.
Expected Behavior
Normal request duration spread
Actual Behavior
Each `'le' value is equal, which cannot be right.
Environment
- Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
- Keycloak version: 25.0.6
- Project Version: 6.0.0
I use Telegraf to gather the metrics and ingest them into InfluxDB, but this shouldn't matter for this report.
