Provide retry configuration?

Is it currently possible to set the retry configuration? The docs mention Retries and honors retry configuration (max attempts, max doublings, backoff) as one of the supported things but I don't see how. I also see some retry config code in the queue.go but still not sure if possible to configure it.

I don't have any go experience but looking more at the code it doesn't seem to be possible atm. However, I am willing to create a PR to support this. Seems like something should be added to createInitialQueue method to define the retry config. Could you please confirm?

Atm it's a bit annoying when you have some error and default retry config clutters up the entire log as it's doing too many retries
