SCENIC use in commercial context

Dear SCENIC team,

We've been excited about the possibility of exploring the SCENIC ecosystem in our work at Relation Therapeutics. I'm trying to understand the licence implications of us doing so. I see that pySCENIC and SCENIC+ have different associated licences and it's unclear which licence restrictions, if any, apply to the underlying datasets (eg. the cisTarget resources).

How would I go about clarifying which restrictions apply to which data resources?
