Implement onRemove function

It would be great if the plugin implemented the onRemove function for controls. That would make it easy to remove the minimap cleanly.

I'm allowing users to toggle whether to see the minimap or not on a project and this issue arose.

I've opened PR for this. This implementation worked for my project.
