Normalize protocol network identity and launch docs

Summary

• normalize protocol chain IDs and endpoint domains to the canonical mainnet/testnet identity
• align genesis artifacts, validator runbooks, parameter sheets, and SDK defaults with uaethel as the 6-decimal Cosmos base denom
• refresh the published testnet genesis checksum and release-candidate documentation to match the updated canonical artifact

Validation

• rg sanity sweep for old chain IDs, old endpoint domains, and stale denom strings
• jq empty config/genesis/testnet-genesis.json config/genesis/mainnet-genesis.json
• git diff --check
