Broken spinning animation since Jenkins release v2.289.1

Hi,

Since upgrading to the latest Jenkins LTS (v2.289.1), the spinning animation for running builds is broken:

There is a second pair of circular arrows that is detatched from the central spinning-icon (orbits around it). Might be similar to this issue. Removing this material theme and reverting to the jenkins default fixes.

Theme is new generated from http://afonsof.com/jenkins-material-theme/ today (28th June).
