bug: Text box out of bounds problem

The text box to be written to appears to be out of bounds in a posting that does not have any replies.
The situation is shown below:

And I've noticed.

is not adapted to the latest version, causing scrolling the page to bounce back. I hope it's likewise noted and fixed!

I also encountered this issue. I tried modifying TagsPage.less, but the problem was not resolved. Could you please provide a solution?
