Update CMake minimum version

Greetings,
Is there any reason for not updating the CMake minimum version to 3.5, now that versions < 3.5 are deprecated? I'd like to get rid of that warning, unless it's a really necessary one.

We're also hitting this in our organization now that we've upgraded to CMake 4.

@agauniyal I am facing this issue as well with CMake 4.
Could you bump the version number?
