Fetching other HealthKit values (insulin)

Hi there,
I’d like to add a method to fetch real-time insulin values from HK. However I don’t exactly know where to start here… apologies for the basic question.

Can someone provide a hint as to where I should look here to write a new method that works with values that are not present currently?
