Triaged and closed with no rule changes. Landed in #1292 (d3412618).

Reviewed all three releases since the v4.0.12 baseline, not just the one this issue names:

All three match this tool's own declared-irrelevant list in tool-release-baselines.json (Webview UI updates, cline-core internal diagnostics, Provider plumbing). None touches a validated surface: .clinerules parsing, workflow/hook/skill layouts, or skill frontmatter.

On v4.1.1 specifically — I checked whether Cline's MCP routing is something agnix validates. It isn't: the validated surfaces are .clinerules and skill files, with no Cline-specific MCP handling, so internal McpHub changes are out of scope.

Baseline advanced to v4.1.2; RESEARCH-TRACKING.md review date updated to 2026-07-31. Both verified on main.

Separately, the Cline docs URL had 308-moved (docs.cline.bot/features/cline-rules/overview → /customization/cline-rules); that's fixed in #1293 along with the A-tier drift audit, so the spec-drift sentinel can match this source again.
