Reviewed Cursor 3.14.7 and updated the prepared change set. Added parameterized subagent model IDs, full JSONC environment schema validation, non-empty prompt-hook validation, CUR-020 for ignored plain Markdown rules, and Cursor-specific URL-only MCP transport inference. The Cursor baseline is now 3.14.7. All 133 Cursor tests and the full workspace/clippy gates pass.
