这个等待点是在等 Controller 确认 status.welcomeSent=true，它会同时等 Manager 加入 DM 房间，以及 Higress/AI Gateway 的 key-auth 和 LLM 探活就绪。

如果最后出现 timeout 提示，安装本身不一定失败。可以先登录 Element Web，打开和 Manager 的 DM，发送一句 hi，通常可以手动触发 onboarding。

麻烦补充一下卡住时的实际等待时长，以及下面几条输出，方便判断卡在哪个 gate：

This waiting point is waiting for the Controller to confirm status.welcomeSent=true. It will also wait for the Manager to join the DM room, and for the key-auth and LLM detection of Higress/AI Gateway to be ready.

If a timeout prompt appears at the end, the installation itself does not necessarily fail. You can first log in to Element Web, open DM with the Manager, and send a hi. Onboarding can usually be triggered manually.
