Last GER syncer DB schema

The last GER syncer is backed up with the following tables, which track the imported global exit roots on the given network.

    num   BIGINT PRIMARY KEY
);

CREATE TABLE imported_global_exit_root (
	block_num           INTEGER PRIMARY KEY REFERENCES block(num) ON DELETE CASCADE,
	global_exit_root    VARCHAR NOT NULL,
	l1_info_tree_index  INTEGER NOT NULL
);

However, since the block_num is the primary key, multiple entries with the same block_num are not allowed.

This discussion is opened as a reminder to evaluate if we even see this as an issue, in case there might be multiple GER updates in the same block. Or is it a safe assumption that there will always be just a single GER update within a single block?
