After upgrading Geth to v1.16.2, we observed that the tests TestL2GERSyncE2E, TestL2GERSync_GERRemoval, and TestL2GERSync_IndexLegacyGERManagerSC have become flaky due to time inconsistencies. For now, we’ve disabled them in CI.
