create a note for a ticket not working using REST API

I follow-up this guide 10.6 Add note to a ticket using Ticket id :

but I can create a note for a ticket using /dev/api/notes/{ticket-id} endpoint using POST method

I got the 405 Method Not Allowed message.

The creating tickets is working without problem.
