We're excited to introduce Agillo Workspace, a tool designed to enhance the development and contribution experience for software teams working within GitHub organizations. This project aims to improve visibility, time tracking, and collaboration while adding a touch of gamification to boost team productivity.

🎯 Why Agillo Workspace?

Managing GitHub issues, PR reviews, and discussions can sometimes feel overwhelming, with limited tracking capabilities for time spent on tasks. Agillo Workspace integrates with GitHub organizations to provide a structured, engaging, and transparent workflow for development teams.

🔥 Key Features

✅ GitHub Organization Integration – Users log in with GitHub, and the tool fetches their organizations, teams, repositories, and projects. Organizations act as workspaces.

✅ Issue & Time Tracking – View all assigned issues in one place, start/pause a timer for an issue, and add descriptions of the work done.

✅ PR Review Management – See all PRs assigned for review, track time spent on reviews, and improve the review process.

✅ Discussion & Tagged Issue Tracking – Track time for specific discussions or issues based on custom tags (e.g., “daily standup meeting”).

✅ Team Dashboard & Gamification – A dashboard displays team-wide metrics, offering insights into productivity and engagement. Gamification elements (leaderboards, streaks, or badges) encourage contributions.

🎯 Goals & Next Steps

🔹 Define the MVP feature set and development priorities.
🔹 Choose the tech stack (React, Next.js, GitHub API, etc.).
🔹 Set up the initial repository structure & documentation.
🔹 Plan the UI/UX design for an intuitive experience.

... what's the idea here? Reason I ask is it sounds relevant to what we're building at trophy as in we've already done the legwork for building these kinds of gamification features.
