Scenario events come out of the mouth of user, but they should be neutral, indicated by a lightning bolt.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://agnai.chat/chat/5555c8a9-3993-4d80-a1c0-7a311b884f24'
2. Manually trigger an event
3. Error: The event text 'Lylithe shouts TEST1 to Parz' appears, but it comes out of the mouth of user.
4. Error: char does respond to this event, but it does not come out of the mouth of char but now it looks like how an event should be

Expected behavior
You should see the text: 'Lylithe shouts TEST1 to Parz', this should NOT come out from user NOR char, but from an event that is marked by a lightning bolt icon. char should respond to this in a normal way.

nowadays, when manually editing a message, its possible to choose where it comes from. A workaround could be to add the 'neutral lightning bolt' as an option beside the options that already exist: user and char.
