All Phase 8 Goals Achieved

  • Monthly Call Governance — Complete templates, agenda, format, moderation, Q&A, and follow-up guides in GOVERNANCE/
  • Bug Bounty & Security Audit — Vulnerability tiers and reporting policies in SECURITY_AUDIT.md and AUDIT_CHECKLIST.md
  • Showcase (10+ Projects Built) — 11 real production Stellar/Soroban projects documented in SHOWCASE.md
  • Community Health Metrics — Automated weekly tracking in .github/workflows/community-metrics.yml and live dashboard in docs/community-dashboard.md
  • Recognition System — Contributor tier badges in docs/recognition-system.md
  • Feedback & Survey System — Forms, surveys, review checklists, and action templates in docs/feedback-system/
