Support GP3

Currently only GP4 & GP5 tabs are supported.

GP3 support could be added to leverage more existing files.

The implementations must be ported after checking:

• the guitarpro crate
• the great tuxguitar

The parser in Ruxguitar relies on branching according to the version instead of having one parser per version.
This can cause some extra friction and complexity,
