pd-faust 0.15

This release sports some improvements, cosmetic changes and bugfixes:

• bugfixes in the build system (building of bitcode files)
• faust-remote.el is now a proper Emacs package, and provides a compilation command using the new faust2pure script and the capability to parse error messages from the Faust compiler
• overhauled some of the Faust examples so that they work better with current Faust versions (still using the legacy library modules, though; an update to the new stdfaust library is due for the next release)
• made some minor cosmetic adjustments in the faust-remote abstraction and the example patches, added the simple.pd example as well as midi-input/ouput abstractions from the pd-smmf package
• the faust-remote abstraction is now installed in the extra dir so that it's available to user patches without any ado
• the bang control of faust-remote now reloads Fausts dsps (rather than Pure scripts, which was rather confusing and not what the user would expect)
