Persist geolocated point

Allow the geolocated point from "my location" and Dartboard to persist so users can zoom and pan map and not lose the point. (Question: how to clear the point?)

When using the crosshairs to show your current location display the address or allow a click to display your current address / coordinates which you would view or text. Permit the user to zoom in without the blue dot representing your location to disappear.
