Remove UBBMAP and FiberVerification databases

Summary

• Name: UBBMAP and FiberVerification

With the new broadband service areas layer, the broadband data in UBBMAP and FiberVerification are no longer being updated/treated as authoritative. However, locate.utah.gov still hits UBBMAP, so that needs to be updated before nuking the DBs.

Action items

1. Assign a person who should complete the task.
2. Check [x] the box when the task is completed and add the date of completion.
3. Strike out all items that do not apply.

• Target delete date (name, set: 2025/00/00)

• Delete UBBMAP and FiberVerification dbs (@MichaelAGRC, completed: 2026/00/00)
