Employer - Open for bidding - before bidding the project, average bid value displayed 10

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[demo]/users/dashboard?type=my_projects&status=open_bidding

1. Overall Getlancer
2. Log in as an employer (henna / agriya).
3. Go to my projects and select open for bidding.
4. Employer - Open for bidding - before bidding the project, average bid value displayed 10
