Admin - withdraw requests page, save changes button not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Overall Getlancer.
2. Login as admin.
3. Go to payments and select "withdraw requests".
4. Payments - withdraw requests - Edit withdraws requests, change the status "pending to "approved/reject", "save changes" button is not working properly. If we click the save changes button double time only, it's working
