Bid placing - user gives the floating amount. When we editing the bidding amount, that time bidded amount displayed integer value

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/projects/view/40/web-based-bus-ticket-reservation-system?placebid=true&edit=true

1. Overall Getlancer.
2. Log in as a freelancer (aisha / agriya)
3. Bid the project.
4. Bid placing - user gives the floating amount. When we editing the bidding amount, that time bidded amount displayed integer value.
