To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/users/dashboard?type=news_feed&status=news_feed

1. Overall Getlancer.
2. Login as freelancer (aisha / agriya) and employer (henna /agriya).
3. Service notification message - hired and job completion message, time is not displayed
