Dashboard - All the service-related messages, the service name should be a highlight.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/users/dashboard?type=news_feed&status=news_feed

1. Overall Getlancer.
2. Login as freelancer (aisha / agriya) or employer (henna / agriya).
3. Go to dashboard.
4. Dashboard - All the service-related messages, the service name should be a highlight.
5. Quote amount, price type and price amount should be highlight. Please refer the below screenshot
